Dissolve two tablespoons borax in 500ml water, then dab or soak with the solution.

Make a paste out of salt and lemon juice, rub it into the stain, leave for 10-20 minutes, then rinse out.

Apply soda water at once and, if the stain persists, soak in a solution of two tablespoons borax per 500ml water.
